Computer Pick-Up Policy
If a computer is left in our store for any sort of repair
or upgrade the owner has 60 days after the service is completed, of no
contact, to pick up their computer. During these 60 days RPC Computers'
employees will attempt contact the owner, to remind them to pick up their
computer. If the owner of the computer contacts RPC Computers (phone call
or physical visit) or informed a RPC Computer employee about their
situation, the 60 day policy does not apply to them. If no contact is made
after 60 days the computer is eligible to be sold to supplement the price
of the repair. |
